I had the privilege of working with Michael when he helped the Global Psychedelic Society establish the foundations for our community membership program. His work was transformative for our organization, creating a strong, sustainable structure that positioned us to grow and expand our network far beyond its original scope.From the start, Michael brought clarity and precision to the project. He shared a detailed plan with clear steps, timelines, and tasks, and kept our team consistently updated on progress. His diligence and follow-through ensured that the final system not only ran seamlessly but was set up so we could easily manage and sustain it on our own after his role ended.

Before Michael’s involvement, our global community relied on Signal and Google Groups for all communication—announcements, meeting recaps, and day-to-day conversations—often resulting in overloaded chats and scattered discussions. Michael’s membership system streamlined everything into one organized space, allowing members to engage in topic-specific conversations, connect more meaningfully, and foster the kind of network we had always envisioned. His work didn’t just improve our operations—it strengthened the heart of our community.
